Sat outside Fortune of War... chilled on the beach with a few drinks, met a couple of cool guys and decided to go see Think About Life with them. Glad we did this indie-rock Canadian band were so much fun! The front man was really energetic and had everyone singing along the Female singer had an awesome voice too.
Next up we went in search of Chew Lips. And find them in the form of a secret gig, I like their music but i'm always waiting for something to kick in and it never does, Solo (their best known song) is an example of this. But I still love this band. Front woman Tigs has a distinctive voice and is great live!
After some food and a quick costume change we set off for our second dose of Darwin Deez.. we are clearly hooked and cant resist another hit of their chirpy music! Digital is such a great venue as well because of the amazing sound system, the base just vibrates right through you.
